First-timers welcome — we'll take you from your first deadlift to your first competition.
Barbellhouse opened in RR Nagar in 2021 with one belief — serious training should feel like home. Olympic platforms, IWF bumpers, calibrated bars, and a coaching floor where the first-timer and the national qualifier share the same chalk.
You'll find quiet at 6 AM, music at 6 PM, and someone willing to spot you whenever you walk in. Whether you're chasing a snatch PR or your first clean off the floor, you have a seat at this house.
One long platform strip down the middle of the hall, racks lining either side, conditioning tucked into the back. Wide enough for an Olympic class to share with a Saturday crosslifting session — narrow enough that a coach is always within earshot.
It's a working gym, not a showroom. Chalk on the floor by 7. Bumpers stacked by 9. Lights up until ten.

Functional fitness with a barbell on the spine. Conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting in 60-minute coached blocks — programmed for the long arc, not the daily grind.
Squat, bench, deadlift — periodised programming for raw strength and athletic performance. The big three plus the small things that make them stick.
1-on-1 coaching tailored to your goal — from your first body-weight squat to a national meet platform. The same eyes, every rep, until the lift becomes yours.
Breath, asana and recovery. Slow work to keep the heavy work honest — open hips, open shoulders, open lungs. Programmed alongside the lifting blocks, not against them.
Four lifters who run the floor. Between them: state, national, and Khelo India platforms.
Olympic weightlifting, strength & conditioning, crossfit. Gold — Karnataka State Weightlifting Championship 2021. Senior National platforms in 2020 and 2022. Trains state-level lifters and Khelo India athletes from his floor at RR Nagar.
